Cushman & Wakefield : Advises on the Sale of the VivaGym Lumiar Asset to a Private Investor

Cushman & Wakefield advised on the sale of a standalone property comprising 1,800 sq m, located in Lumiar, Lisbon, a central area with high population density. The asset has been leased to VivaGym, a leading fitness operator in Portugal, since 2019. The consultancy represented the seller, ADDSOLID, and, through its Private Wealth division, identified the private investor who ultimately completed the acquisition.
