ANNOUNCEMENT OF CURRENCY EXCHANGE RATE FOR Q2 2026 INTERIM AND SPECIAL DIVIDEND

Lagos and London, 13 August 2026 - Seplat Energy Plc ("Seplat Energy" or the "Company") today announces the applicable exchange rate for determining the Naira equivalent of the Q2 2026 interim dividend and special dividend payable to shareholders who have elected to receive their dividend in Naira (₦).

In accordance with the Company's dividend payment procedures, the exchange rate applied is the Nigerian Foreign Exchange Market (NFEM) rate published by the Central Bank of Nigeria on 12 August 2026.

Applicable Exchange Rate:

US$1 = ₦ 1,360.58

The Naira equivalent of the Q2 2026 interim dividend and special dividend will be calculated using the above exchange rate.
