Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that: i. Ms. Khushi Jain (ACS: 79892) has resigned from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 07th August, 2026. The Company is in the process of identifying/hiring a suitable candidate for the said position and shall inform the Stock Exchanges once the vacancy is filled up. Details as required under Regulation 30 read with Part A, Para A of Schedule Ill of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular No SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11 November 2024 along with Resignation Letter, with respect to resignation of Company Secretary, Compliance Officer and Nodal Officer are enclosed as Annexure I along with resignation letter.
