Frédéric Chesnais Chairman of the Board Chief Executive Officer

From 2001 to 2007, he was a member of the Atari Group's management team, first as Group Deputy Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, then as Chief Executive Officer of Atari Interactive.

In 2007, he left Atari to create his own video game company. In 2013, he became the largest shareholder of the Atari Group by purchasing Atari shares. He was the Chief Executive Officer of Atari from 2013 to 2021.

In October 2021, he founded Crypto Blockchain Industries.

Chief Operating Officer

He has over twenty years' experience in business and product strategy, gained through innovative digital experiences and technologies. He has a proven track record in product strategy and organisational growth, spanning content, operations and business model segments.

Jean-Marcel began his career at HP from 1997 to 2000, then joined Atari in 2001 until 2007, when he moved to Disney (2007-2011).

   CBI aims to build a large portfolio of Bitcoins and other tokens at a discount through acquisitions, token creation and mining

   The ACE strategy

   • Acquire: CBI buys $BTC and other crypto currencies

   • Create: CBI creates utility tokens for its own blockchain platforms

   • Earn: CBI mines Bitcoin through long-term infrastructure partnerships

Given the yield generated, the top priority is to further develop the Earn component of the strategy and to expand with AI servers.

Acquire - Strategic Accumulation of Crypto Assets

• Direct purchases of high-conviction tokens, especially Bitcoin (BTC) and Solana (SOL)

• Opportunistic accumulation during market dips

• Focus on Layer 1s and ecosystem tokens, especially in interactive entertainment

• Treasury management aims for asset appreciation, not short-term speculation

• CBI is primarily a "hodler", not a trader
