Critica Limited - $1 Million R&D Refund Supports Jupiter

About this update from Critica Limited
Critica Limited (ASX: CRI) (Critica or the Company) is pleased to advise it has received its $1 million cash refund under the Australian Government's Research and Development (R&D) Tax Incentive Program for the financial year ended 30 June 2025 . The refund was awarded under the R&D Tax Incentive for eligible expenditures on innovation and metallurgical test work programs on its Jupiter Rare Earth Project in Western Australia -one of Australia's largest clay-hosted rare earth resources. The $1 million refund and the Company's commitment to ongoing R&D, innovation and collaboration, strengthens Critica's balance sheet and supports the ongoing advancement of Jupiter into 2026. Critica's CEO Jacob Deysel commented: 'The R&D refund further strengthens our cash position as we advance Jupiter through disciplined, results-driven metallurgical testwork and pilot programs. When combined with the recently completed Tranche 1 Placement and the proposed Tranche 2 Placement, subject to shareholder approval in mid-January 2026 , Critica is well positioned to maintain momentum and execute its strategy to become Australia's next rare earth developer.'
