The Company announces that it has resolved to exercise its option to redeem in full the outstanding Series XLIV Notes maturing on January 17, 2027. The proposed redemption will take place on July 17, 2026, in accordance with the terms and conditions detailed in the Prospectus Supplement for the Series XLIV Notes. The redemption price will be 101% of the outstanding principal amount of the Series XLIV Notes, plus accrued and unpaid interest, as of the redemption date.
