Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI PIT Regulations (including any amendments thereto from time to time) and the Company''s Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trades by Directors, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives under the SEBI PIT Regulations, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed effective from Thursday, October 1, 2026 and shall remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026,by the Board of Directors at the ensuing Board Meeting.
