In this regard, we would like to inform you that in consultation with PSX the book closure date has been revised as given under.
Share Transfer Books of the Company will closed on January 20, 2026 to determine the entitlement of right shares.
Physical transfer/Central Depository System (CDS) Transaction IDs received in order by the Company's Share Registrar, Mls F.D. Registrar Services (Pvt) Ltd. Room No.1705, 17th Floor, Saima Trade Tower-A, I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi-74000, up to the close of business on January 19, 2026, will be considered in time, for the entitlement ofright shares.
The same will be published in Daily Business Recorder and Daily Duniya on January 13, 2026. You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
