we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Company, in its meeting held today i.e. Thursday, March 6, 2025, has inter alia, considered and approved the terms and conditions for issuance of 500 (Five Hundred) unlisted, secured, senior, redeemable, taxable, transferable, non-convertible debentures denominated in Indian Rupees ("INR"), having a face value of INR 10,00,000 (Indian Rupees Ten Lakh) each and an aggregate of INR 50,00,00,000 (Indian Rupees Fifty Crores) ("Debentures") in one or more tranches on a private placement basis in accordance with the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws.
