(Bob) McGowan and Mr. Greg Dawson have tendered their resignations as directors of Covenant.
The board of directors of Covenant now consists of Mr. Frank Port, Chairman, CEO, and President, Christopher Gulka, CFO, and Doug Walker. The changes to the board relate to Covenant looking at strategic alternatives and other opportunities in the marketplace.
