Norman Broadbent plc Court Approval of Capital Reduction Norman Broadbent (AIM: NBB), a leading Executive Search and Interim Management firm, announces that it has received the requisite Court order confirming the Capital Reduction, further details of which were set out in the Company's announcement and explanatory circular, dated 10 March 2026 (the Circular). The Capital Reduction will become effective once the Court order has been registered with the Registrar of Companies in England and Wales.
