Court Approval of Cancellation of Capital Reserve

abrdn European Logistics Income plc (the "Company") LEI: 213800I9IYIKKNRT3G50 Cancellation of Capital Redemption Reserve 2 July 2026 The Company announces that, following the passing of special resolution 11 at the Annual General Meeting held on 1 June 2026, the Company has now received confirmation from the High Court of Justice in England and Wales for the cancellation of the amount standing to the credit of the Capital Redemption Reserve of the Company at 1 June 2026 which will be credited to a new special reserve which may be treated as distributable profits. This new reserve may be used by the Company to fund, amongst other things, further distributions under the Company's B Shares scheme. The Company will announce the effective date of the cancellation once the court order confirming the cancellation has been registered at Companies House. Further details regarding the next B Share distribution will then be announced.
