Court Approval
SRT is pleased to announce that, further to the statement in the Company's
Half-yearly Report on 28 November 2011, the Court approved SRT's application
for the cancellation of its share premium account on 14 December 2011. The
cancellation of the share premium account will result in a credit to the
Company's distributable reserves and enable it to make distributions to
shareholders in the future.
