COSMO ENERGY HOLDINGS COMPANY, LIMITED (the "Company") had scheduled the announcement of its 8th Medium-Term Consolidated Management Plan for March 24, 2026. In light of the recent situation in the Middle East, the Company has decided to postpone the announcement.

As the current 7th Medium-Term Consolidated Management Plan concludes in fiscal 2025, the Company has been formulating the 8th Medium-Term Consolidated Management Plan with a view to announcing it on March 24, 2026. In view of the potential for prolonged tensions in the Middle East, amid expectations that such tensions could persist for an extended period, which necessitates careful assessment of developments, and in order to focus on ensuring a stable supply of energy, the Company has decided to postpone the announcement of the 8th Medium-Term Consolidated Management Plan.

The Company currently considering announcing the 8th Consolidated Medium-Term Management Plan on June 18, 2026.
