("Itaucor"), the transfer agent, as shown below. Single Series Unit price R$ 83.53813100 Number of Debentures 1,250,000 The gross total amount to be paid is R$104,422,663.75 (one hundred and four million, four hundred and twenty-two thousand, six hundred and sixty-three reais and seventy-five cents).
