In Furtherance to the applicable provision of SEBI (LODR), the Corrigendum is being issued to rectify certain inadvertent errors and omissions in the Notice of the 32nd AGM dated September 07, 2026 particularly in relation to item Nos. 5 and 6 and certain other disclosures contained in Notice/Annual Report.
