Calgary, Alberta CANADA, July 02, 2008 /FSC/ - Western Canada Energy Inc. (WCE - TSX Venture), has established a new $3.0 Million credit facility with the Canadian Western Bank. WCE was formed effective April 30, 2008 with the amalgamation of predecessor companies, Blackpool Exploration Ltd. and Westbow Energy Inc. Blackpool's banker was ATB Financial while Westbow had an ongoing relationship with the Canadian Western Bank. The new Canadian Western Bank facility has paid out the $1.75 million which remained on Blackpool's credit facility with ATB Financial and the $0.10 million balance on the Westbow facility, leaving about $1.15 million available for WCE's ongoing activities.
