13 June 2022 CMC Markets plc ("CMC" or the "Company") Correction to Dividend Record Date The following amendment has been made to the Final Results announcement released on 9 June 2022 under RNS No. 2375O. The Final Results announcement incorrectly stated the dividend record date as 14 July 2022. The correct dividend record date is 15 July 2022. The relevant paragraph is restated correctly below. All other details remain unchanged. "The final dividend for 2022 of 8.88 pence per share, amounting to 25,778,000 was proposed by the Board on 8 June 2022 and has not been included as a liability at 31 March 2022. The dividend will be paid on 11 August 2022, following approval at the Company's AGM, to those members on the register at the close of business on 15 July 2022."
