Volex plc Director PDMR ShareholdingVolex plc (the "Company") announces that on 29th May 2012, Ray Walsh, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of the Company, par value £0.25 ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 244 pence.
This purchase represents 0.016% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company. With this purchase, Mr Walsh now holds a total of 67,000 Ordinary Shares of Volex plc, representing in aggregate 0.11% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of the FSA Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.2 to 3.1.4.
