The Ninth Meeting of the Committee of Creditors(CoC) of Tricom Fruit Products Limited was held on Wednesday 29th January,2025. Subsequent to the Coc Meeting, the Resolution Plans submitted by Five(5) Resolution Applicants were put to e -voting simultaneously which ended today ,i.e. 4th February,2025. This is to further inform you that the plan submitted by Mr. Vivek Kumar Ratakonda-Hydrebad was approved by the COC with 99.91% (Requisite Majority) voting in favor of the said plan. Further other evoting agenda as per IBC,2016 requirements for CIRP cost etc. were also approved by the COC.
