Dear Sir/Ma''am,Disclosure is in pursuance of Regulation 30 of the SEBI(Listing Obligations and disclosure Requirements) Regulations,2015 read with sub-clause 16(g) of Clause A of Part A of schedule III, we wish to inform you that 14th meeting of Committee of Creditors of Unitech International Limited is scheduled on 07.08.2026,Friday at 12:00P.M. through video conferencing has been deferred and is scheduled to be held on Monday, 10.08.2026 at 3:00P.M. through video conferencing. The said meeting has been further rescheduled and will be held on Tuesday, 11.08.2026 at 11:30A.M. through video conferencing.
