TORONTO, Aug. 14 /CNW/ - Coronation Minerals Inc. (TSX.V: CMV) ("Coronation") announces effective immediately the appointment of Carmelo Marrelli CA of Marrelli and Drake Corporate Services as the new Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Marrelli holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Certified General Accountant. Mr. Marrelli is currently a partner with Marrelli & Drake Corporate Services, a corporate services firm (2004 to present) and was previously an accountant with Marrelli & Drake Corporate Services (2000 to 2004). Mr. Marrelli also serves as Chief Financial Officer of several other public junior mining public companies. The board of directors of Coronation is pleased to welcome Mr. Marrelli to the management team at the company.
Former CFO Edward J. Badida has expressed his desire to concentrate on his private practice. Coronation wishes to thank Mr. Badida for his time and efforts with the Company and continued success with his private practice.
