Approximately 1500 retailers registered as visitors to the fair this past weekend in addition to a large number of unregistered visitors. Mr. Schroepfer further stated, “The Company’s Smoker’s Option product, developed in conjunction with its Joint Venture partner NASCO, was one of the premier products on view and attracted the interest of many visitors to the display, who have expressed their intent to order through their Conway sales representative to fill their winter stock. New contacts will be established for the bigger retail groups in the next weeks, and we are in the process of making a presentation for the Lekkerland–Conway Europe Buying Committee in Cologne. “
George Roth, CFO, also revealed that “It is a fact that Conway, an existing customer of Smokefree products with sales and distribution begun last month, has already reordered to fill its vending machines in Belgium and is expected to continue to reorder in the future to fill its machines in Germany. The Conway Autumn Fair has provided exposure to establish the successful entry of the Company’s product line not only in European distribution but internationally as well, and produce significant measurable results in expanding sales and bringing in profits to the bottom line.
