Mario Guillemette to the Board of Directors of Contact Image.
Over the last 25 years, Mario Guillemette has occupied the position of
President, General Manager and Senior Executive in large and medium-sized
companies, mainly in the fields of the printing industry, high technology as
well as professional services, both in manufacturing and services companies.
Mr. Guillemette is a seasoned executive highly recognized for his operational
capacities with demonstrated leadership strengths in developing close client
relationships, an ability to implement great dedicated teams and whose vast
network in our industry will contribute to Contact Image success.
The members of the Board of Directors of Contact Image are now
Mr. Normand Balthazard, Mr. Benoit La Salle and Mr. Mario Guillemette,
Messrs. La Salle & Guillemette being independent directors of Contact Image.
Following this announcement, Contact Image expects that trading on the
TSX Venture Exchange shall resume upon regulatory approval.
