Constellation Software Closes Acquisitions in the School Transport, Public Transit and Utilities Markets

TORONTO, Jan. 26 /CNW Telbec/ - Constellation Software ("Constellation") (TSX: CSU) announces today that it has completed three small acquisitions since December 1, 2006 through its wholly-owned subsidiaries Trapeze Group ("Trapeze") and N. Harris Computer Corporation ("Harris").

Trapeze, a leading provider of solutions for the passenger transport industry, has acquired the Fleet Runner assets of Data Futures in the United States and the driver training software from Inovas in the United Kingdom.

Harris, a leading provider of financial, customer and student information management software solutions for utilities, local governments and schools, has acquired the utility forms business of TAABS Printing and Promotional Products in Tyler, Texas.
