TORONTO, Nov. 19 /CNW/ - Coniagas Resources Limited ("Coniagas" or the "Company") (TSX-V: "CNY") announces that it has retained the firm of RM Communications Inc. to provide independent contract services to Coniagas relating specifically to website design and corporate profile. The agreement with RM Communications Inc. has an initial term of 12 months until December 31, 2008, however the agreement may be terminated upon 60 days written notice by either party.
As part of the Agreement, Coniagas has granted to RM Communication Inc., subject to Board approval, 100,000 stock options at an exercise price of $0.65 per share. All of the stock options were granted pursuant to Coniagas' stock option plan.
