TORONTO, Jan. 30 /CNW/ - Coniagas Resources Limited ("Coniagas" or the "Company") (TSX-V: "CNY") announce that David Meyer has notified the Board of Directors of his resignation as President and CEO, effective immediately.
The Board of Directors will commence a search for Mr. Meyer's successor, who will be named in the near future.
