Confirmation of Resignation of Deloitte LLP
Mobico Group PLC announced that Deloitte LLP's resignation as auditor, previously indicated in the 2024 Annual Report and Accounts and the 2025 Notice of AGM, took effect on September 19, 2025. This follows the release of the 2025 Half Year results on September 9, 2025. The resignation is in accordance with s.520(2) of the Companies Act 2006, and the company has received a statutory statement under s.519 of the Act from Deloitte LLP confirming the resignation. MOBICO GROUP PLC ("Mobico" or the "Company") Confirmation of Resignation of Deloitte LLP As stated in the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 and in its 2025 Notice of AGM, Deloitte LLP had previously notified the Company of its intention to resign as auditor following the release of the 2025 Half Year results.
