Steve Hammell, who joined the Company as CFO on 2 May 2023, has been appointed to the Board and Richard Staveley, a representative of Harwood Capital LLP, has been appointed as Non-Executive Director. Additional information regarding these expected appointments was included in the Company's announcements of 17 January 2023 and 21 March 2023.
