PAUL, Minn., August 17, 2026--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Concentra® (NYSE: CON), the nation's leader in occupational and workforce health services, today announced completion of its acquisition of four Minnesota Occupational Health (MOH) medical centers in the Twin Cities. The acquisition strengthens access to specialized occupational health care for Minnesota employees and connects experienced local care teams with Concentra's national clinical and operational resources. Beginning August 17, the medical centers will operate as Concentra, providing continuity of care for existing patients and employer customers while integrating the company's clinical standards, technology and specialized occupational health expertise. Concentra also plans to invest in enhancing the care experience across the centers, including significant improvements to its St. Paul/Midway center that will establish it as a flagship occupational health center for the region.
