CompuMed Announces Management Change
LOS ANGELES, CA--(June 10,2013) - CompuMed, Inc. (OTCBB: CMPD) (www.compumed.net)
--a leader in telemedicine services for patient diagnosis and management -- announceda change in management.
Effective May 31, 2013, Phuong "Foo" Dang resigned as the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of CompuMed. Also on May 31, 2013, Laura Carroll wasappointed the company's CFO and Corporate Secretary. Ms. Carrollhas served as CompuMed's Controller since April of this year and will maintainthis position as well.

AtMoviso, Ms. Carroll served as the SVP of Operations and Accounting during whichshe was responsible for all accounting, finance and budget functions. Moviso was the largest U.S. provider ofringtones, graphics and mobile content prior to being sold to InfoSpace.
Whileat The Disney Stores, Ms. Carroll held manager and director level financial,accounting and operations positions. She was responsible for payments andcontrols of $1.5B annually as the company grew from 100 stores in the U.S. toover 600 stores in 11 countries.
Ms.Carroll has a B.S. in Accounting from Indiana University's Kelly School ofBusiness. She startedher career as an Audit Supervisor with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Mostrecently, Ms. Carroll has provided executive consulting services in the areasof accounting and finance to a number of relatively small healthcare companies.

She will continue the company's cost cuttingefforts and be responsible for streamlining accounting and finance processes.
