Antofagasta plc ("Antofagasta") announces that William Hayes has replaced Daniel Yarur as a member of the Remuneration Committee of Antofagasta.
Mr. Yarur had been a member of the Remuneration Committee since 2004 and remains a Director of Antofagasta.
