The Annual Review includes the consolidated Financial Statements, the Financial Statements of the parent company, the Report of the Board of Directors including Sustainability Statement and Corporate Governance Statement 2025. The Annual Review in Finnish are also published as an xHTML file in accordance with European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. In accordance with ESEF requirements, the main statements and the notes to the consolidated financial statements are marked with XBRL. PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy, Authorised Public Accountants, has submitted an independent auditor's assurance report providing reasonable assurance regarding Componenta's Finnish ESEF financial statements. The Assurance Assignment has been carried out in accordance with the International (ISAE) 3000 Assurance Assignment Standard. Componenta has also published the Remuneration Report for 2025 on the company's website, in the Investors section under "Corporate Governance".
