This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (LODR), Regulations 2015, the provisions of Regulation 24(A) for submission of Annual Secretarial Compliance Report for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026 is not applicable to the Company as the paid up share capital of the Company is Rs. 41520000/- and net worth is Rs. 40924702/- which does not exceed the prescribed limit of Rs. 10 Cr and Rs. 25 Cr respectively, on the last day of the previous financial year i.e. 31st March, 2026.
