Compliances-Reg.24(A)-Annual Secretarial Compliance

Pursuant to Regulation 15(2)(a) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the compliance with provisions of Regulation 24A with related to Secretarial Audit shall not apply in respect of listed entity having paid up equity share capital not exceeding rupees ten crore & net worth not exceeding rupees twenty five crore, as on last day of previous financial year.As per latest Audited Financial Statements of Company as at March 31, 2024; paid-up Share Capital of Company is Rs. 4,04,93,808/- & Net Worth is Rs. 10,50,13,069/-. Thus Company qualifies for exemption as per Regulations 15(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.Therefore it may be further noted that as Company has not exceeded prescribed limits mentioned in para 1 of this letter, disclosure required under Regulation 24A of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 are not applicable for financial year ended on March 31, 2025.We request you to take this declaration in your record & do the needful.
