Completion of redemption at maturity
Standard Life plc (formerly Phoenix Group Holdings plc) ("Standard Life") announces the completion of a further stage in its debt redemption programme.
Standard Life announces that it has today redeemed in full its £250,000,000 4.016 per cent. Tier 3 Subordinated Notes due 2026 (ISIN: XS2012048281) at their principal amount, together with accrued interest.
