Completion of investment in Blue Diamond
Caledonia Investments plc has completed its £60 million investment in Blue Diamond Limited, the leading garden centre operator in the UK and Channel Islands, acquiring a 16% minority shareholding. The investment comprises £40 million for Blue Diamond's growth initiatives and £20 million for shareholder liquidity. Furthermore, Caledonia has agreed to provide up to an additional £40 million in follow-on capital over the next five years, subject to conditions, to support Blue Diamond's acquisition program, estate investments, and shareholder liquidity. Caledonia Investments plc COMPLETION OF INVESTMENT IN BLUE DIAMOND Further to its announcement on 17 June 2026, Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") is pleased to confirm the completion of its investment in Blue Diamond Limited ("Blue Diamond"), the UK and Channel Islands' leading garden centre operator. Caledonia has invested £60 million into Blue Diamond, comprising £40 million to support future growth initiatives and £20 million to facilitate shareholder liquidity. Caledonia holds a fully diluted minority shareholding of 16%. As previously announced, Caledonia and Blue Diamond have also agreed a framework to make up to £40 million of additional follow-on capital available to Blue Diamond over the next five years, subject to agreed conditions.
