INTERNATIONAL CONSOLIDATED AIRLINES GROUP, S.A.

("IAG" or the "Company")

Completion of €500 million share buyback programme

IAG confirms that, following the final purchase of ordinary shares on 10 September 2026, the €500 million share buyback programme announced on 15 May 2026 (the "Programme") has completed in accordance with its terms.

The Programme forms part of IAG's previously announced €1,500 million return of excess cash to shareholders. Together with the first €500 million share buyback programme, which completed on 14 May 2026, IAG has now completed €1,000 million of share repurchases.

Under the Programme, the Company acquired 97,747,488 ordinary shares, representing approximately 2.12 per cent of the Company's issued share capital as at 11 September 2026.

Purchases under the Programme were carried out in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 (including as incorporated into UK law) and the Financial Conduct Authority's UK Listing Rules.

As communicated at the time, the purpose of the Programme is to reduce IAG's share capital. Shares acquired under the Programme are therefore being held in treasury pending cancellation, which was approved at IAG's Annual General Meeting on 18 June 2026.
