Further to the announcement on 18 October 2024, CloudCoCo (AIM: CLCO) confirms the Proposed Sale of CloudCoCo Connect Limited has now completed.
Unless otherwise stated, defined terms used herein take the meaning given in the announcement dated 18 October 2024.
