Completion of the disposal of 40% stake in Brewing JV

 

 

Further to the information provided in the Trading Update on 24 July 2024 and the subsequent changes to the UK Listing Rules which came into effect on 29 July 2024, the Marston's Board is pleased to announce completion today of the disposal of its 40% stake in Carlsberg Marston's Limited to a subsidiary of Carlsberg A/S, as described in the announcement on 8 July 2024.

 

There has been no material change affecting any matter contained in the announcement on 8 July 2024.
