Corporation Limited and the Company ('Subscription and Services Agreement')
Further to the passing of the resolutions in relation to the Subscription and
Services Agreement at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 6
September 2006, Regal announces that the Subscriptions and Services agreement
has today become unconditional and has been completed.
