Ocado Group Plc 3 June 2025 Ocado Group plc Change of Company Secretary Ocado Group plc ("Ocado") announces that, after 25 years in the role, Neill Abrams has decided to retire as Group General Counsel and Company Secretary. Neill was part of the founding team of Ocado and has contributed significantly to Ocado's growth and development from a startup to a successful UK pure-play online retailer, to a global solutions provider. Neill also served as an Executive Director until 2024. The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mollie Stoker as Group General Counsel and Company Secretary. Mollie re-joins Ocado following two years at Britvic Plc, where she has served as General Counsel and Company Secretary since 2023. Prior to that, Mollie was Deputy General Counsel at Ocado, and she has previously held General Counsel and Company Secretary roles at DWF Group and Lucozade Ribena Suntory. Mollie will join in September, allowing a transition period to Neill's departure on 30 November.
