COPEL (the "Company") hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, in compliance with CVM Resolution No. 44/2021, as amended by CVM Resolution No. 60/2022, it has received a letter from BNDES Participações S.A., on March 10, 2026, informing it of the disposal of part of its shareholding in the Company, in trading sessions operated by [B]³ S.A. - Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão, between February 5 and March 10, 2026, now holding 593,481,610 (five hundred and ninety-three million, four hundred and eighty-one thousand, six hundred and ten) common shares, representing approximately 19.90% of the total shares issued by Copel, as shown in the correspondence below.
