About this update from Compagnie Financiere Tradition Sa

Ad hoc announcement pursuant to Article 53 of the SIX Exchange Regulation Listing Rules Revenue growth of 10.4% at constant exchange rates in the first half of 2026, reaching CHF 646.2 million Compagnie Financière Tradition SA continued its growth momentum in the first half of 2026, building on the positive trajectory observed in previous years. Consolidated revenue, including the share of joint ventures, increased by 10.4% at constant exchange rates (+2.2% at current exchange rates) over the period. In the second quarter, growth stood at 3.6% at constant exchange rates (-1.1% at current exchange rates). This performance should be considered in light of a demanding comparative base, as April 2025 was marked by sustained market activity following the US tariff announcements made at the beginning of the month. Business activity recorded in July continued the momentum observed during the first half of the year. The appreciation of the Swiss franc against most currencies, particularly against the US dollar and the Japanese yen, had a significant impact on reported revenue in Swiss francs compared with revenue calculated at constant exchange rates.
