Transactions in own shares as part of the share buyback programme
In the context of the share buy-back programme announced in a press release dated 13 January 2025, CFE carried out the following share buy-backs on Euronext Brussels during the period from
23 July 2025 to 28 July 2025:
Acquisition of own shares on the regulated market Euronext Brussels
On 28 July 2025 after-hours trading, CFE owns 661,694 shares.
