About Prompt Club

Prompt Club is the Potentially community and partnership programme: a structured programme of in-person events for the founders, creators, researchers, investors and policymakers shaping AI.

The programme runs three formats:

• Open House: talks, discussion and networking, open to all

• Promptathon: hands-on build sessions run in Potentially's workspace, applying AI to real business challenges

• Roundtable Series: private invite-only sessions for senior leaders across AI, technology, business, investment and policy

Prompt Club is model-neutral by design, reflecting the Company's collective AI thesis. Members use Potentially's products at events, shape them through feedback, and carry them into their own organisations.

Pilot programme and next event

Four pilot events tested the programme’s Open House and Roundtable formats, with Promptathons planned for 2027. These were supported and attended by senior figures from organisations including Google, DeepMind, ByteDance, OpenAI and Meta, alongside founders, operators and investors from the UK startup community.

The next event, "Prompt Club: The Great AI Marketing Debate", takes place on 24 November 2026.

Partnerships and commercial programmes

With the formal launch, Prompt Club's focus turns to commercial value through two strands: deep technical partnerships with model providers, AI labs and infrastructure companies, strengthening the relationships behind the Company's model gateway; and commercial learning programmes with corporations centred on upskilling, including in-house Prompt Club formats and hackathons.

Going into 2027, community is a key tenet of the Company's approach to growth, business development and partnerships, establishing Potentially as a key technology facilitator. As the AI landscape becomes more competitive, the Company will go deeper and add value in new ways, developing advocates for its products and laying the foundation for the roadmap: the workspace, then the marketplace. The Company will update the market as material partnerships are agreed.

The Company has appointed Kaitlin Argeaux as Head of Community, leading Prompt Club. Her career spans a decade of community building, including as founder and CEO of CryptoMondays London, one of the UK's largest Web3 communities with approximately 14,000 members.

Operational update

Separately, further to the announcement of 27 October 2026, the consultancy agreement with Artificial Superintelligence Pte. Ltd. has ended and the Company has taken full ownership of the functions it covered, which are now being operated fully in-house.

Oliver Yonchev, Chief Executive Officer of Potentially AI, commented:

"Prompt Club is really simple: put our products in rooms full of leaders, decision makers, industry shapers. Through our pilots we've had support from senior figures at the world's leading AI companies, which is testament to the team's work.

We're grateful to have Kaitlin on board. I'm most excited that Prompt Club brings us closer to users and businesses, and that it will be a strategic advantage as we progress through the Company's product roadmap."
