Committee Membership Changes

 

M&G plc announces the following changes to the membership of the Board's principal Committees with immediate effect:

 

-  Dev Sanyal will join the Audit Committee and the Risk Committee; and

 

-  Clare Chapman will step down from the Risk Committee.
