Committee Changes
Pearson hereby announces the following changes to the membership of its Board Committees:
- Arden Hoffman (Non-Executive Director) will be appointed to the Remuneration Committee and the Reputation & Responsibility Committee with effect from 1 July 2025.
This notification is made in accordance with UKLR 6.4.6.
