(a Qatari shareholding company incorporated in the State of Qatar) U.S.$500,000,000 Perpetual Additional Tier 1 Capital Securities REDEMPTION NOTICE
Pursuant to Condition 9.1(b) (Issuer's Call Option) of the terms and conditions of the abovementioned Capital Securities (the "Conditions") as set out in the prospectus dated 1 March 2021, the Issuer hereby gives notice that it will redeem the Capital Securities (in whole but not in part) on 9 March 2026 (being a Call Date) at the relevant Early Redemption Amount in accordance with the Conditions.
For this purpose, the Issuer confirms that as at the date of this notice:
the Prevailing Principal Amount of the Capital Securities is U.S.$500,000,000; and
the accrued and unpaid interest for the Interest Period during which redemption occurs to the date of redemption is U.S.$375,000.
The listing of the Capital Securities on the Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange plc trading as Euronext Dublin will be cancelled on, or shortly after, 9 March 2026.
