Purchase of Own Securities
On 13 May 2016 Colefax Group Plc bought for cancellation a total of 514,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') representing approximately 4.8 per cent. ofthe voting rights in, and the issued ordinary share capital of, the Company at a price of 480 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the cancellation of these shares there will be 10,243,000 Ordinary Shares in issue with each Ordinary Share carrying the right to one vote.
